Our Projects

Monterey Peninsula Sunrise Rotary Club

is proud to have sponsored Monterey's only Rotaract Club!

It’s important to us , the belief  that service to others, high ethical standards and friendship are the basis of a fulfilling life.  Here are some of our projects:

The Rotaract club of The Middlebury Institute of International Studies is for college students ages 18-30. Students meet to exchange ideas, plan activities , projects, and socialize. While Rotary clubs serve as sponsors and assist in the execution of community projects. Rotaract clubs decide how to organize and run their club and what projects and activities to carry out.

It usually takes more than money to fix a problem. However, sometimes adding a little bit of money to the right place is all that a dedicated teacher needs to make education both interesting and effective.

We proudly assist and support, Hope Haven West, in their mission distributing wheelchairs to children in need around the globe.
